Employee Absenteeism joint project with Smit Patel for Scripting for Data Analytics class (IST 652) at Syracuse University.
Summary:
Analyzed absenteeism data from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. Cleaned and visualized data. Used binning and aggregation to answer business questions. Determined that factors such as older age, obesity, smoking, and being a parent was associated with increased absenteeism.
